Return & Refund Policy

JP Interio Pvt. Ltd. values customer satisfaction and aims to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.

Returns

Since plywood, laminates, and construction materials are susceptible to handling after delivery, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product supplied
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect quantity delivered

Products must be:

• Unused
• Uncut
• Uninstalled
• In original condition
• Returned with the original invoice

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Custom-cut plywood
• Special-order products
• Products damaged after installation
• Products altered or modified
• Items without proof of purchase

Refunds

Once the return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.

Replacement

Where applicable, eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded after verification and approval by our team.
